Granola bar and baby carrots

3 laps around the complex Killer headache Nausea Tachycardia :(
Hey all.
So the past 2 months or so I’ve been dealing with these attacks. Not entirely sure if they’re anxiety attacks or hypoglycemia. Going to get it checked out next week.
Regardless, they really wont be as bad if I can just make a conscious effort to exercise and eat better every day. So, don’t mind the posts, I’m really just doing it to be accountable to myself because I’m really tired of these attacks.
But I could use prayers if anyone actually reads this.
